These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "the Terms", "this Agreement", or "T&Cs") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User", "Player", or "Member") and JudiFree (hereinafter "JudiFree", "the Platform", "we", "us", or "our"), the operator of the online gambling platform accessible atjudifree.cam.

By accessing the JudiFree website, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must cease using the Platform immediately.

These Terms apply to all services offered through judifree.cam, including but not limited to online slot games, live casino tables, sports betting, live football betting, arcade games, and lottery products. These Terms should be read in conjunction with ourPrivacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

To be eligible to register and maintain an Account on the JudiFree Platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• Age Requirement: You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all subsequent times when accessing the Platform. JudiFree reserves the right to request proof of age at any point and to close Accounts where the age requirement is not met.
• Jurisdiction: You must be located in a jurisdiction where accessing online gambling platforms is not prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your access to and use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction.
• Legal Capacity: You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws applicable to you.
• Not a Compulsive Gambler: You must not be a registered self-excluded individual on any gambling self-exclusion registry or programme.
• Not a JudiFree Employee: Current employees, contractors, agents, and immediate family members of JudiFree staff are not permitted to hold Player Accounts or participate in promotions.
• Single Account: Each individual is permitted to hold one Account only. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions, claim multiple bonuses, or for any other reason is strictly prohibited.

To use the gambling services on JudiFree, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information as prompted. You agree to update your information promptly if any details change.

You warrant that all information submitted during registration and subsequently is truthful, accurate, and not misleading. Providing false information — including but not limited to a false name, date of birth, or address — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate Account suspension, voiding of any pending or settled wagers, and forfeiture of any funds in the Account.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not disclose your login credentials to any third party. JudiFree will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your Account where you have failed to maintain reasonable security precautions. You agree to notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.

Each Member is permitted to hold a single registered Account. If JudiFree identifies that a Member holds more than one Account, all duplicate Accounts will be closed without notice. Any bonus funds, winings, or pending transactions associated with duplicate Accounts may be voided.

JudiFree is committed to maintaining a secure and compliant platform. As part of our anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-terrorist financing (CTF) obligations, all Members are required to complete identity verification (Know Your Customer, or KYC) before withdrawal requests can be processed.

• Government-issued photo ID: Malaysian MyKad, Driver's Licence, or valid Passport.
• Proof of address: A utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence dated within the past three (3) months, showing your full name and residential address.
• Selfie with ID: A clear photograph of the Member holding their government-issued ID document alongside their face.
• Source of funds documentation: In certain cases, JudiFree may request additional documentation to verify the source of deposited funds. Failure to provide such documentation within the requested timeframe may result in Account suspension.

JudiFree aims to complete KYC review within 24 to 48 hours of receiving all required documentation during standard business hours. Members will be notified via their registered email address once verification is complete or if additional documents are required.

JudiFree accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) via the following approved payment channels:

• DuitNow (Bank Negara Malaysia instant transfer system)
• FPX (Financial Process Exchange — supported by all major Malaysian banks)
• Touch 'n Go eWallet
• Boost (Axiata e-wallet)
• GrabPay
• Maybank2u / Maybank online banking
• CIMB Clicks

Minimum deposit amounts, maximum deposit limits, and withdrawal thresholds are published on the Platform's payment information page and may be subject to change. JudiFree reserves the right to impose individual transaction limits based on account verification status or risk assessment.

Withdrawal requests are subject to satisfactory completion of KYC verification. JudiFree targets a processing time of under 30 minutes for verified accounts during operational hours; however, processing times may vary depending on payment provider availability and volume. JudiFree does not guarantee specific withdrawal timeframes.

All funds deposited into a JudiFree Account must originate from a payment method registered in the Member's own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in Account suspension and return of funds to the originating payment method.

All Account balances, wagers, winings, and transactions are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). JudiFree does not currently accept cryptocurrency or foreign currency deposits.

JudiFree offers various promotions, bonuses, cashback programmes, and loyalty rewards to eligible Members. All promotional offers are subject to specific terms which will be stated at the time the promotion is published.

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be met before bonus funds or associated winnings can be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements, minimum odds, eligible games, and expiry periods vary by promotion and will be specified in the individual promotion terms.
• JudiFree reserves the right to withdraw, alter, or cancel any promotion or bonus at any time without prior notice.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless otherwise explicitly stated.
• Bonuses are for personal, recreational use only. Bonus stacking, abuse, or exploitation through coordinated betting strategies is prohibited.

JudiFree operates a six-tier VIP loyalty programme (Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, Diamond, Royal Black Diamond). Tier advancement, cashback rates, birthday bonuses, and associated perks are subject to the VIP Programme Terms published on the Platform. Tier qualification is based on monthly wagering turnover and may be adjusted by JudiFree at its sole discretion.

Members may refer friends to JudiFree and receive a referal bonus upon the successful registration and qualifying deposit of the referred individual. Self-referrals, use of false identities, and any form of artificial referal manipulation are prohibited and will result in forfeiture of referal rewards and potential Account closure.

All wagers placed on JudiFree are subject to the specific rules applicable to the game or sports market being wagered upon. General betting rules applicable to all products are as follows:

• All bets are placed at the Member's own risk. Once confirmed, bets cannot be amended, cancelled, or reversed by the Member except where explicitly permitted by applicable game rules.
• JudiFree reserves the right to void any wager that was placed as a result of a technical error, pricing error, or data feed malfunction. In such cases, the staked amount will be returned to the Member's Account.
• Live betting markets (including live football, EPL, Liga Super Malaysia, UFC, and other in-play markets) are subject to suspension and settlement decisions that reflect the official result as determined by the relevant sporting authority.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all products and are displayed at the point of wagering.
• JudiFree reserves the right to limit the maximum payout on any single wager or combination of wagers at its sole discretion.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the JudiFree Platform. Violation of any provision in this section may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referal to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Using the Platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Registering or attempting to register an Account if you are under the age of 21.
• Registering under a false name, with fraudulent identification, or on behalf of another person.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place wagers or exploit promotional offers.
• Engaging in coordinated betting strategies, match-fixing, or collusion with other players or third parties.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical errors for financial gain. Any winings resulting from a demonstrable technical error are void.
• Conducting chargebacks or payment reversals with your financial institution after a deposit has been used for gambling. Chargeback attempts will result in permanent Account closure and debt recovery proceedings.
• Accessing the Platform using VPN, proxy, or other IP-masking technology to circumvent geographic restrictions.
• Harassment, abuse, or threatening communication directed at JudiFree staff or other Members.

JudiFree is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. We believe that gambling should be an enjoyable leisure activity and not a source of financial distress or harm.

All Members have access to the following responsible gambling tools within their Account settings at no charge:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit. Limit reductions take effect immediately; increases require a24-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Restrict the maximum amount you can lose over a defined period.
• Session Time Reminders: Set alerts to notify you when a session has exceeded a specified duration.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your Account for a defined period (24 hours to 6 weeks) to step away from gambling.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or semi-permanently exclude yourself from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and, once activated, cannot be reversed until the exclusion period expires.

JudiFree enforces a strict21+ age requirement across all gambling activities. Age verification is conducted during the KYC process. If we have reason to believe that a Minor is attempting to access the Platform, the Account will be suspended pending verification and all associated funds will be held or returned to the originating payment method.

All content on the JudiFree Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, design elements, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of JudiFree or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, recreational gambling purposes only. This licence does not permit reproduction, redistribution, modification, creation of derivative works, or commercial use of any Platform content without prior written consent from JudiFree.

The JudiFree name, brand mark, and domain (judifree.cam) are proprietary identifiers. Unauthorised use of the JudiFree brand in any context is prohibited and may result in legal action.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, JudiFree, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive losses or damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Loss of winings, profits, or data arising from technical failures, service interruptions, third-party provider outages, or force majeure events.
• Decisions made by the Member in connection with gambling activities on the Platform, including losses sustained through wagering.
• Inaccuracies in third-party data feeds used for live sports betting markets, where such inaccuracies are beyond JudiFree's reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit JudiFree's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

JudiFree reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Member Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Chargebacks initiated by the Member's financial institution.
• Discovery that the Member is under the age of 21.
• Suspicious betting patterns suggesting bonus abuse, arbitrage, or matched betting at scale.
• Regulatory requirement or direction from a competent authority.

Upon Account closure, any remaining Real Money Balance (after deduction of amounts owed to JudiFree) will be returned to the Member via the original payment method, subject to satisfactory completion of all verification requirements.

Members wishing to voluntarily close their Account may do so by contacting the support team via Live Chat or by emailing [email protected]. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days.

JudiFree reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Notification of material changes will be communicated to registered Members via email to their registered address and/or through a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the effective date of such changes.

Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 13 of these Terms.

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming regulatory frameworks.

In the event of a dispute, Members are required to first submit a formal complaint to JudiFree's customer support team. All complaints will be acknowledged within 48 hours and investigated within 14 business days. JudiFree will issue a written resolution following the investigation.

If a Member is not satisfied with the outcome of JudiFree's internal resolution process, the matter may be escalated to the relevant regulatory authority under whose jurisdiction the Platform operates.
